Who we are!
Cynimod is a full-service marketing, print, and events agency based in Accra, Ghana. We help small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), institutions, and individuals build strong, cohesive brands through strategic design, digital marketing, high-quality print, and event management solutions.

Who do you work with?
We primarily serve:
• SMEs across industries like agribusiness, fintech, hospitality, health, education, logistics, and more.
• Institutions such as public organizations, NGOs, and development agencies.
• Individuals & Public Figures including politicians, entrepreneurs, influencers, creatives, and professionals who want to grow their personal brands.
Do you only work with clients in Ghana or Accra?
No. While we’re based in Accra, Ghana, we serve clients locally and internationally. We’re equipped for remote collaboration and digital delivery.
How much do your services cost?
We use a per-project pricing model, with costs depending on the scope, complexity, and deliverables. For ongoing support, we also offer retainer agreements (e.g., for social media or consulting). Every quote is tailored to ensure clients get value for their investment.
What’s your payment policy?
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to start any project. The balance can be spread within the duration of the project or paid in full upon completion. Full details are outlined in our Terms of Service.
What is the process if I want to work with Cynimod?
Discovery – We learn about your goals, challenges, and target audience.
Proposal – We recommend solutions and provide a tailored quote.
Execution – Our team designs, produces, or manages the project.
Delivery & Review – We ensure you’re satisfied and provide measurable results.
